Engineering the Future of Cooperation for a better world: Kinarya’s Integrated “Coop-to-Coop” Platform for Global Decarbonization and Creative Industry

In an era defined by climate volatility and rapid digital transformation, the cooperative model must
evolve beyond traditional economic functions. Kinarya Coop is introducing a new paradigm through
SINERGI HUB, a blockchain-integrated ecosystem designed to synthesize inter-cooperative
collaboration (Coop-to-Coop), high-impact film production, and verifiable carbon emission reduction.
Strategic Pillar: The Nexus of Creativity and Ecology
This initiative is more than a business collaboration; it is a scientific instrument designed to quantify
the cooperative sector’s tangible contribution to Net Zero Emission targets. Through the
#1Ticket1Mangrove framework, every cooperative partner’s participation in the production of the
feature film “Sesuai Titik” is automatically converted into certified climate mitigation actions.

1. SINERGI HUB: Blockchain for Emission Transparency
The platform serves as the digital backbone for recording the carbon contributions of partner
cooperatives. Utilizing blockchain technology, every mangrove planted and every ton of $CO_2$
sequestered is documented in an immutable and transparent ledger. This ensures that any
cooperative collaborating within the Kinarya ecosystem provides a verified, data-driven report of their
emission reduction efforts.

2. “Sesuai Titik”: Cinematic Branding for a Sustainable Economy
Film is a powerful vehicle for social and cultural messaging. “Sesuai Titik” (The Exact Point) is
engineered as a collective showcase for the global cooperative movement. Cooperatives joining this
Coop-to-Coop alliance will be embedded into the film’s narrative, demonstrating to a global audience
that cooperatives are the primary pillars of a modern, green economy.

Road to International Co-operative Day – July 2026
The climax of this initial collaborative phase will be declared on International Co-operative Day in
July 2026. During this historic momentum, Kinarya Coop, alongside ICA partners, will present a
comprehensive scientific achievement report including:

  • Global Cooperative Integration: The total number of international entities synchronized via SINERGI
    HUB.
  • Restoration Metrics: Total acreage of mangrove ecosystems restored through film-converted
    contributions.
  • Decarbonization Impact: The collective emission reduction metrics achieved by all collaborating
    cooperative entities.

This event will also serve as the official Production Kick-off for “Sesuai Titik”, marking the transition
from strategic planning to the visualization of our environmental commitment.

Objective: Archipelago Day – December 2026
We have established a rigorous timeline. The production of “Sesuai Titik” is projected for completion
by Archipelago Day in December 2026. This completion will stand as a symbol of maritime
sovereignty and the success of cooperatives in harmonizing technology, art, and ecological
preservation.
“Coop-to-Coop collaboration is no longer a choice, but a technical necessity to achieve economies of
scale and significant ecological impact.”

Join the Global Movement.
Kinarya Coop invites all ICA members worldwide to integrate into this ecosystem. Let us demonstrate
that cooperatives are the leaders in green innovation and the global creative economy.

The Resurgence of the Milk-Sacred: Inclusive Growth through Dairy Cooperatives and Ancient Wisdom

The dawn of Viksit Bharat 2047 (Developed India 2047) is fundamentally tied to the rural economy, where the white revolution is transitioning into its second phase. Since the establishment of the dedicated Ministry of Cooperation in 2021, the cooperative sector has witnessed a tectonic shift in policy support. Yet, as the nation targets inclusive growth, it faces a paradox: while the “Amul Model” stands as a global beacon of success, many state-level dairy cooperatives remain stagnant or failing. To bridge this gap, India must pivot toward a reformative paradigm—one that marries modern cooperative incentives with the profound principles of Ancient Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) for governance.
